Bird's eye view of the Matua Ura bay on the little island of Rimatara in the Australes archipelago. This island is rather low (the highest point is only 105 meters) and has less than 9 squares kilometers of surface area. It has a population of 929, who have settled to form three villages, subsisting on fishing and market gardening.
